Would you pay double for organic baby clothes?

Author: admin  //  Category: organic clothes

Do you think organic clothes are worth it, and how much are you prepared to pay above regular stuff?

If my baby had sensitivities that required special clothing I would do it, but I would be looking for a way to network with others to get the best prices or gently used hand-me-downs. It is great to support the non-use of pesticides, hormones, etc on crops of any kind to save the soil and groundwater, but I’m more concerned with what I put in my body than on it.

    Absolutely not!
Kids clothes cost enough already without adding to it.
Never heard of organic clothes and dont want to know. All i know is everyone I know has been perfectly healthy and fine wearing ordinary clothes.

    organic baby clothes?
No I wouldn’t pay more for them. Why bother. Babies grow too fast to sink a lot of money into clothes. I know every few weeks I had to buy new ones, sometimes they never got to wear them ’cause they grew too fast.
Even if you have another baby, maybe it will be a different sex and then what?

If I had more money than sense, then sure! Fact is, that it is getting cool here and I am freaking out because my little one doesn’t have any warm clothes. I don’t care if they are made of potato sacks (hey, maybe that’s organic) as long as they are clean—and neither does she. Now if she had an allergy to dye or synthetic fiber I might have a different opinion.

No, I don’t think they’re worth it. I would instead put more money into buying organic laundry detergents, fabric softeners, etc. in order to best care for the clothes and attempt to control what products (or residue thereof) actually touch my baby’s skin. I think spending the extra money on organic baby foods would be worth it however.

No way, babies grow so fast there is no point in spending a ton of cash on something they will barely wear. Should you want big names or what ever go to a second hand shop most times items have never been worn and you can get them for next to nothing.

NO!!!! They out grow the clothes too fast. Unless, you’re going to have many children and pass these clothes down to each child.

i would not go over board on the cost of baby clothes, they grow out of them far to quickly for it to be worth it, if you must though i would only pay a few pounds more than what i would of paid for the non organic clothes
